Student Support

From the day they arrive until the day they graduate, all students have access to a friendly and caring IPC Student Support team member who is ready to offer personalized help when needed:

Administration Services
The Administration Centre helps students with such things as receiving packages, mail, organizing insurance, and ordering academic transcripts.  IPC’s Career Advisor, Homestay Coordinator and Student Counselor are also stationed nearby.

Health Clinic
IPC has a contracted doctor and nurse on campus to deal with student health concerns.

Student Counselor
Students are encouraged to consult the student counselor for any personal matters.

IT Support
A desktop or laptop computer is vital for a full and rewarding student experience, both in and out of the classroom. The IT support team will help students minimize any inconvenience when an IT problem arises.

Maintenance
If there are any problems in the halls of residence or around the campus, the maintenance team will fix problems promptly.

Security
IPC is located in a quiet and safe suburb in the residential area of Aokautere, Palmerston North. Security personnel are always available to ensure student and staff safety.
